In the event that we need to cancel, and we hope we won't need to, we will do so as soon as possible...and offer you a transfer place to a later Kind Mind Academy programme or a full refund.

Refund Policy –

• 25% course fee is the non-refundable deposit at time of registration.
• 75% course fee refunded for cancellations 30 days or more prior to course.
• 50% course fee refunded for cancellations 14 days prior to course.
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the course.
