Compassionate Body is a 6-month programme for women wanting a kinder, healthier and more compassionate relationship with their body. It is open to any woman who has struggled or is struggling with their weight, their body image, physical pain or simply feeling happy and relaxed in their own skin.
We gently address ways to befriend your body and learn to treat her as we would a dear friend, with kindness, patience and respect. This is a confidential space where you will be safe to ‘undress’ your pain and suffering, gently explore your edges and move lovingly toward a warmer relationship with your body.

This programme does not aim to ‘fix’ whatever you perceive to be ‘the problem’ with your body. Rather, it brings a new awareness, appreciation and compassionate response to whatever the body is presenting. Only Graduates of the Mindful Self-Compassion 8-session course (8 week or 5 day Intensive) training can apply. Places are limited to a small number of participants per programme. 25 years and over. Women only. You are warmly invited to join this exclusive programme “Making Friends with your Body.” We are taking applications from those who wish to befriend their body and have a kinder, more peaceful relationship with their body, inside and out.
This programme is for you if…

☹️ You are rarely satisfied with how you look or feel
☹️ You believe you are carrying too much or too little weight
☹️ You feel ashamed about your body or aspects of it
☹️ You simply want to be happier in your own skin.
We simply ask that you are willing to be as open, honest, and courageous as you can be and to give everything a go in a manner that feels safe and right for you. You must be a graduate of the full 8 session, 24-hour, Mindful Self-Compassion Course, be over 25 years of age and identify as female.
This programme is open to anyone who wants to change their relationship with their body. No previous experience of meditation, mindfulness or compassion practice is required. This is not a therapy group. We guarantee an experience that will enlighten and inspire you to make friends with your body and bring more kindness to your body. It will provide skills to move toward your body in a more friendly and compassionate way. It does not promise to ‘fix’ what you think is wrong with your body, rather to bring a kinder approach to living in your own skin and a broader, more compassionate perspective to being human and residing in your unique body.
