One Sunday a month, we offer an opportunity to come home to yourself.  Enjoy a mini retreat with other like-minded people who wish to deepen their relationship with themselves. 

We spend so much time taking care of loved ones, meeting their needs and working hard in service to others, we often forget to replenish ourselves

Join us online, in the comfort of your own home, to nurture and nourish your own precious heart, meditating, reflecting and sharing in a safe and supportive environment.
